A. POLICY. 员工亲和团体是员工围绕共同的兴趣组成的自愿组织, characteristic, 或者是与机构的目标和战略重点相一致的共同目标. 365滚球官网认识到,亲和团体对大学和员工都有好处, including:

  • Attracting, recruiting, and retaining diverse employees.
  • 促进多样性、文化意识和包容性的工作环境.
  • 提高员工的工作满意度、士气和生产力.
  • 通过指导促进专业发展和学习, networking, open dialogue, and the exchange of ideas.
  • 协助大学实现其目标和战略重点.

B. GROUPS NOT RECOGNIZED. 365滚球官网不承认亲密团体:

  • That do not have a legitimate business purpose (for example, groups based on sports, hobbies, or other outside activities unrelated to employment).

G-1. Application.

c. Develop Employee Affinity Group charter document.

i. 章程文件描述了Employee Affinity Group的使命、目的和目标. 章程还传达了有关会员资格的程序性信息, leadership roles and selection process, meeting and event notices, and the primary activities of the group.
